Leverage a growing industry, a growing company, and career advancement, all in one move.

Searching for a permanent, full time Manager who can design large industrial plants. My client, an already strong Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firm, is now part of a huge international construction company.

Demand is accelerating for U.S. based construction projects serving the power and energy industries.

Here’s The Situation…

Business continues to expand for companies serving the power and energy industries.

In this case, a powerful niche has opened up around production of the sand used for fracking.

Shale projects are huge. Fracking is huge. And the sand used for fracking is very specialized.

NOTE: If you already know what I’m talking about, quit reading this post and call me immediately. We want a manager who can design and build large industrial plants to make that sand. Today.

Here’s What The Company Is Looking For…

For this position, we especially need
– Mechanical Engineer (degreed)
– Professional Engineer (tested in, not grandfathered)
– Large Industrial Plant Design
– Structural Design
– Piping Design
– Structural Steel Fabrication
– Power Industry
– Aggregate Industry

Location: You get extra points if you’re connected to Northeast Louisiana. That’s where this company is based. The construction sites, of course, are somewhere else.

I have very high regard for this employer. I have known them for years. Well managed, excellent values, great reputation, and profitable. For these reasons alone, the team is worth a look for a solid, long term career move.
